How to Connect Strava

Connecting your Strava account to Retava is a quick and secure process that allows you to automatically earn rewards for your activities.

1 Log in to your Dashboard

First, log in to your Retava account. Once logged in, you will be redirected to your dashboard.

2 Locate the Connection Button

On your dashboard, look for the Athlete Dashboard section. If your account is not yet connected, you will see the "Connect with Strava" button.

3 Authorize Retava on Strava

Clicking the button will redirect you to the official Strava website. You will be asked to authorize Retava to access your activity data.

Required Permissions:

View data about your public profile (Required)
View data about your activities (Required to verify goals)

Make sure to keep the "View data about your activities" checkbox checked, otherwise we won't be able to reward you for your hard work!

4 Start Earning Rewards

Once authorized, you'll be sent back to Retava. Your dashboard will now reflect that you are connected. Any new activities you record on Strava will automatically sync and be evaluated against active brand offers.

Privacy & Security

We take your privacy seriously. We never store your GPS maps or route data. We only use the distance, elevation, and duration to verify your achievements.
